The Bob Jones Award is the highest honor given by the United States Golf Association in recognition of distinguished sportsmanship in golf. It is named in honor of Bob Jones (March 17, 1902 - December 18, 1971) who was the most successful amateur golfer to compete on a national and international level. Jones founded and helped to design the Augusta National Golf Club and co-founded the Master Tournament. The award bronze was created by sculptor Zenos Frudakis.
